Planning
The guidance of a spatial planning process such as (re)development and transformation is multifaceted and usually has long lead times. We guide the project from initiation phase to completion with creativity, entrepreneurship and a pragmatic approach! In this way, we ensure clear overviews, speed, focus, effective communication and regular contact.
Stakeholder management
Every project involves initiators, residents, authorities, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders. Each with their own interests, conditions and wishes. Realfort proactively identifies these interests. By listening, analysing and convincing, we seek solid support and devise solutions when needed.
Design
Designing is more than simply drawing a building. As an independent expert on development and transformation, we are the ideal partner to align and optimize the design and business case.
In doing so, we use both our real estate experience and our knowledge of users, residents, community placemaking and consumers.
Feasibility
Calculate and draw is our mantra! Making beautiful plans and checking their feasibility go hand in hand. This way, we avoid unnecessary planning costs and we keep things realistic.

Realisation- bringing the plans to life.
Once the project realization decision has been taken, the tendering and supervision of the implementation begins. In this phase, we carefully monitor quality and costs. This is crucial to the success of the project delivery and we are not happy till the client and the new users are!
