Negotiation and contract process
We act in our client’s interests in the negotiation process. Our expertise goes beyond just the numbers. We are involved in the tax and legal components and ensure the correct recording, including directing and integrating the activities of the lawyer, tax expert, notary and valuer.
Due diligence
In case of purchases or sales, Realfort can carry out or manage the due diligence for the client. This includes setting up and managing a data room, as well as interpreting and resolving findings following a due diligence process.
